Gas Batch Ovens

All gas units come with a 115 volt, 10-20 amp, fully assembled plug and play panel. All larger upgraded burner systems will come with a 230 volt, 15-20 amp, fully assembled plug and play panel. All major powering components, fans, and gas burners are UL listed. All gas unit panels come with a SYL-2343 PID controller which control a Honeywell natural gas or liquid propane burner system (all burners tested). All gas units come with an explosion proof door latch system (NFPA requirement). All gas units come with a 4-16 inch gravity feed exhaust. All smaller gas units come with an interior burner safety shroud (external burner chambers on smaller units are available for an additional cost). All gas units come with an 18GA steel floor (except 8x8x14 and 8x8x20 units). All gas units come with a circulation fan(s). All gas units 4x4x7-6x6x10 come with a welded cart for part hanging. All gas units come with 1-year parts and panel warranty. Double doors are optional for 6x6x8 and 6x6x10 units but come standard with a single door. All 8x8x14, 8x8x20, and larger units come standard with double doors. All gas units are made of welded steel. New models (new gen) produced as of 03/25/2024.
